Millet

Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 cup millet. Stir to boiling. Cover and cook over low heat 35-40 minutes. Serve as a hot cereal with milk and honey or as a dinner side dish with melted butter.

INGREDIENTS:
• ½ cup millet
• 2 cups water
• ½ tsp. salt
