Place hummus mix in a bowl. Add water and olive oil all at once. Stir until thick (a wire whisk works best). For a zestier flavor, add lemon juice. For a lighter, creamier texture, blend in a food processor. Serve as a dip with pita bread wedges, as a sandwich spread, or as a sauce for falafil.
