Cheerios® Berry-Banana Smoothies

Start to Finish: 10 Min
2 servings (about 1 cup each)

1 cup Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy vanilla or creamy strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup Cheerios® cereal
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal
1/2 cup fresh strawberry halves or raspberries, or frozen whole strawberries
1/2 cup fat-free (skim) milk
1/2 banana, sliced

1. In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 30  seconds until smooth, stopping blender once to scrape sides.

2. Pour mixture into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
