Land O’Frost Canadian Bacon Voluntary Market Withdrawal

An irregularity with a production system at the Land O’Frost Searcy, Arkansas plant used an incorrect mineral oil as a processing aid on one of the production systems that was not authorized for the specific use for which it was applied. This particular mineral oil poses no health risk, however is non-conforming due to the misapplication. This is an isolated incident and out of an abundance of caution a voluntary market withdrawal is being executed for all potentially affected products.
