Orange Cream Chia Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of orange juice
1/2 banana (peeled)
2 Tablespoons plain or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds – Bulk Bin #1407 (in the bulk spice section)

Your Choice of:
1/2 cup mango (peeled) or
1/2 orange (peeled)

Directions:
In a cup or container, soak chia seeds for a about 10 minutes in orange juice, this will allow seeds to absorb juice and soften. Place juice, followed by all other ingredients in blender.

1 cup Canola Oil
3/4 cup Brown Rice Flour (Bulk #1959)
3/4 cup Tapioca Flour (Bulk #1371)
1/2 cup Corn Starch (Bulk #1780)
1/2 Cocoa Powder (Bulk #1827)
1 tsp Xanthan Gum (Bulk #2964)
1/2 tsp Salt (Bulk #2056)
1 tbsp Baking Powder (Bulk #1783)
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Sugar (Bulk #1716)

Ingredients:
18 oz Chocolate Chips
16 oz Butterscotch Chips
5-6 oz Chow Mein Noodles (4 cups)
6-8 oz Peanuts (1 1/2 cups)

Recipe Instructions:
All you do is melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips in a saucepan on low heat. You’ll want to stir constantly so they don’t stick to the bottom or burn. When melted, mix in the noodles and peanuts.

Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper to let cool. That’s it!
