    Coconut Oil as Coffee Creamer:

  • 1-2 Tsp. of Coconut Oil
  • Coffee
  • Coconut Oil as Hand Moisturizer:

  • 1 finger-swipe of Coconut Oil
  • Coconut Oil for Sautéing/Frying:

  • 1 swipe of Coconut Oil

Recipe Instructions:

Coconut Oil as Coffee Creamer:
1) Mix 1-2 Tsp. of Coconut Oil into coffee.
Coconut Oil as Hand Moisturizer:
1) Take one finger-swipe of Coconut Oil then rub together on hands, elbows- anywhere you'd like smoother & softer skin.
Coconut Oil for Sautéing/Frying:
1) One swipe of Coconut Oil (Enough to evenly coat pan once melted)
2) Prepare desired food.
