Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt (Zoi® Honey Flavor)
  • 1/2 Cup Oats
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Tbsp Cashew (Almond or Coconut) Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 eggs
    Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Ground Peanut Butter (WinCo Bulk Foods)
  • 1 Tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 Banana

Recipe Instructions:

Place all pancake ingredients into blender, blend until smooth.

Heat griddle, spray with cooking spray.

Once griddle is hot, pour pancake mix on griddle, cook until golden brown

Sauce: Blend sauce ingredients until smooth, pour over finished pancakes, add optional toppings & ENJOY!
