Try this Italian Chicken Nuggets Recipe

- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound) cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 cups Francesco Rinaldi® Original pasta sauce
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Combine flour, sesame seeds, Italian seasoning and salt in a shallow bowl; stir until well blended. Add water and egg; mix well.
Dip chicken pieces into batter; drain off excess.
Heat oil to 375°F in a large skillet. Fry chicken in hot oil, a few pieces at a time, until golden brown. Drain chicken on paper towels.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with warm pasta sauce.
