- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup millet
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe Instructions:Rinse millet thouroughly.
Bring water to a boil. Add salt and millet, and stir.
Cover and cook over low heat for 35-40 Minutes.
Serve as a hot cereal with milk and honey or as a dinner side dish with melted butter.
