- 1 1/2 cups of orange juice
- 1/2 banana (peeled)
- 2 tablespoons plain or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup mango (peeled) or 1/2 orange (peeled)
Recipe Instructions:In a cup or container, soak chia seeds for about 10 minutes in orange juice, this will allow seeds to absorb juice and soften.
Place juice, followed by remaining ingredients in blender. Blend well.
Do not let sit; enjoy after blending (seeds continue to absorb moisture and smoothie will thicken as it sits).
