Makes: 8 (2 Tbsp dip and 16 Wheat Thins) Servings
- 30 WHEAT THINS Original Snacks, plus additional for dipping
- 1 jar (12 oz.) roasted red peppers in olive oil with garlic, drained
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Process 30 WHEAT THINS in food processor until finely crushed.
Add all remaining ingredients; process until blended.
Refrigerate 30 min.
Serve with additional WHEAT THINS.
