- 1 cup wheat berry kernels
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Recipe Instructions:Cover wheat berries with milk; soak overnight.
In morning, put wheat berries, eggs, salt, sugar, baking powder and oil into blender; blend until batter is very smooth. If batter is too thick, add a little more milk. Batter should be thin.
Fry on hot griddle.
